Cvent Celebrity
Cvent Advocates was a loyalty and rewards program for star Cvent customers to learn, network, and complete challenges to win rewards. It’s old website was riddled with stock photos and had no strong brand presence. I worked with the marketing team to rebrand it as Cvent Celebrity to unify the brand and build more customer excitement around the program.

Cvent’s celebrities can network with other customers, get inside knowledge about new products, and learn more about the industry. We likened this “insider experience” to a celebrity experience, inspiring us to use Hollywood imagery and language to help sell the story. The website header is updated monthly to keep customers engaged throughout the year.









To get customers excited about the rebrand and to encourage new sign ups for the loyalty program, we built a brand presence at the company’s annual event conference. A scavenger hunt and free branded swag were shared to our social channels to attract attendees to our booth.
